At Yanda we treat your data with the same care we put into our work: we ask only for what we need, use it for what we told you, and never sell it.
Who is responsible
Yanda, a design and development studio for websites, systems and automations based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the data collected on yandadev.com. For any privacy question, write to somosyanda@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
Direct channels: if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, the data you choose to send us there.
Technical data: aggregated, anonymous visit statistics measured without cookies, and short-lived technical logs (such as your IP address) used only to protect the site and the form from abuse.
We don't ask for sensitive data or payment data through the site.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal if you asked for one, and follow up on that conversation.
To keep the site secure and running (for example, limiting automated form submissions).
We don't use your data for advertising or add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
We process form data based on the consent you give by submitting it (Argentine Law 25,326, art. 5). Security logs are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or transfer your data. Only the providers we need to operate can access it, acting on our behalf with limited access: hosting and content delivery infrastructure, and the email services we use to receive and answer inquiries.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Argentina. In those cases we work with services that offer adequate levels of protection.
We may disclose data if a competent authority requires it by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into a project are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and then deleted.
If we work together, we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and as long as legal or accounting obligations require.
Security logs are deleted after a short period, unless needed to investigate abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to somosyanda@gmail.com. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days, as Law 25,326 requires.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set forth in article 14, section 3 of Law 25,326.
Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.
If you're in the European Union or another jurisdiction with its own rules, you can also exercise the rights those rules grant you (such as portability) and file a complaint with your local authority.
Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to inquiries is restricted, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect data. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident that affects you, we'll let you know.
Minors
The site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from people under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything important, you'll see it on this page with a new update date.
